As we think how cool and fascinating it is (leader). But we shouldn’t neglect the fact that ” Leadership isn’t a piece of cake”. Leadership requires lot of temperament, disciplined personality. If you wanna become a leader then you must had all that qualities. But the question is “How to build that qualities “. If you follow someone then you’re already disciplined that you’re following leader’s command and you already had that kind of temperament to listen and trust the words of your leader. So if you genuinely follow your leader then congrats you already on a way to become a responsible leader.
How to practice leadership??
You might be wondering is it possible to practice your leading ability. Yeah, it’s possible but there are some conditions. And the condition is that you’ve to be a leader of your own story/life. Before willing to practice leading quality you’ve to lead yourself on a track that reaches you towards success. If you’re able to do that then you’re on a final stage of becoming a leader.
Final stage and success
As we know success is subjective cause it varies from person to person. So , it’s totally upto you ” How you define success”. It may consists of luxury, stardom, satisfaction, peace whatever you look success as. Let’s talk about final stage. It is nothing but realisation that you’d achieved whatever you want from your life probably you become successful in your own story. Now it’s time to payback but the question is how would you payback. It’s a simple process , You just need to guide someone to reach his destiny (success). Without any expectation in return.
